Thats a great question, i dont know! I ve done a fair amount of reading and i havent seen much speculation on that. But we know mj is not as harmful or addictive as tobacco, so advertising might not be as restrictive as tobacco? I would expect it to be more like alcohol altho not sure i want to see mj ads on tv. But i think they will allow some basic marketing as long as it can not remotely be construed as marketing toward minors. Would love to see some Discreet Tweed ads in the newspaper , internet and maybe even billboards......key is discreet, but who knows if they are discreet maybe they can even get the tweed brand on tv........?
