fartkocker,I know the definition and the total value of shares being the same.

Still, if you go back in r/s trading history, r/s of 1/100 or higher 9 out of 10 times, it is a disaster for shareholders of record when it takes effect.

I am very confident they will go ahead with one. They wouldn't have filed the intent to do one if it was not something they had in mind.


To avoid being among the 9 out of 10 , company needs to come out with very strong pr's and follow ups and hopefully get this beverage in the stores, and selling prior to the r/s
