http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=118935690 Heres the link about the future acquisition and what it means.

AZFL has the ball rolling. Soon they will be cooking with fire.

Here's a quote from the lastest PR this week.

Ricardo Cortez, Chairman of the Board of Amazonas Florestal Ltd., stated: "The Company continues to make progress, the last three years have been audited, and the last three quarters to September 30th of this year are also just about finalized which will complete the accounting requirements in our effort to become fully-reporting this year. Management is pleased that the Company is now fully audited and back to a more credible platform which has helped in advancing the acquisition of a new fully-licensed subsidiary in Brazil that is almost complete and will be announced soon. This acquisition will help make the Company fully operable by January 2016 and help re-establish shareholder value as it grows its business lines with projected revenues next year."

JC Ubieto, Company IRO, stated that, "the Company is now poised to complete its mission of becoming fully reporting and climbing onto a more respectable platform. This has brought more interest to the Company from serious groups that have provided a direct sourcing for the certification and potential sale of REDD+ Carbon Credits through the new wholly-owned subsidiary presently being acquired. Management has been resilient in its intent to participate in these preservation projects in the Amazon regions and now have access to the right land and business combinations that can ensure its participation in these U.N. programs that provide great future potential."

Proven scam company AZFL, pretending to have lumber, pretending to acquire another company, and pretending to be in the hemp business.

Notice how all their plans never actually take place, except dumping shares, Their only accomplishment.

I suppose it will be easier to merge with another company if it's fake too. That's the only way they can actually get something done.
