#8391 RE: geodcan #8390

I'll give that a shot, and I might have them mixed up and could find the right order but it really is a amazing chemical, or maybe better put the body is amazing how it process the chemical, okay, you have Marijuana and there's different types and strength's but THC9 is the part that get's you high, also THC5 and another THC-something, but THC9 will be like 95% of those that get you high and the body breaks them both down the same, stuff like CBD is another kind and Marijuana might be 99.95% CBD and .05% THC and won't get you high but others Marijuana might be 10%, 15%, 20% and some manufactured stuff they call "DAP" might be 100% THC9, the more one smokes the more % they'll have to smoke the next time, Hench the deal about Impairment, but that is trickier than one thinks because of the Tolerance Level one develops over time, I won't name name's but there's more than one NASCAR Driver's that smoke before a race to gain focus before the race, doesn't work that way for me but everyone is different and accustom to their own, so what are we looking for in a Breathalyzer, the THC9 and could also look for the other THC compounds but you'd never get enough to measure, so THC9 is the critter, and what your body does and mine does is absorb the THC9 and threw the lungs or if you eat the stuff and ingest it threw the intestines it makes it to the Blood, once in the Blood or just before making it to the Blood it changes to 1-hydroxy-THC and 11-nor-THC-9-carboxy-lic acid (9-carboxy-THC and move threw one system to the Brain and you'll feel almost instant unless you eat the stuff and then it might take 1 Hr or more to make the process to the Blood but once in the Blood it travels to the Brain and locks on too receptors in the Brain and num's or makes thing go a little off for a while, the changed THC molecule attached to the Receptors will fade over time, might hang on for weeks and again Hence the Tolerance Level, so what we're detecting is the 1-hydroxy-THC and 11-nor-THC-9-carboxy-lic acid (9-carboxy-THC) before it attaches to the Receptors, but once those fall off the Receptors or never make it there and are in the Blood is where we find it plus maybe what's left in the lungs before absorb, after all that process and move threw one's system it is absorb again into the Fat Cells but changes again to Hy-boxy or something like that - here's a link and a quote from NIDA https://archives.drugabuse.gov/pdf/monographs/42.pdf

Major advances since the time of the previous NIDA monograph on cannabinoid assays in 1976 have included the development of sensitive gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) meth-ods for the detection of 11-hydroxy-THC and 11-nor-THC-9-carboxy-lic acid (9-carboxy-THC) at low-nanogram sensitivity. New achievements in immunoassays include the development of specific RIA methods for 9-carboxy-THC as well as the development of iodinated tracers which allow sensitivity levels near one nanogram per ml to be achieved. The demonstrated ability to use some of these assays for direct analysis of whole blood is also an important achievement for forensic research applications.

BLOZF/BLO is still measuring the Blood threw the Lungs and here's a link from BreathTec http://breathtecbiomedical.com/technology/biomarkers/

This is what's Dr Olof Beck Process is and explained further in some of his papers, NIDA confirms his findings other than stating some spit and DNA or maybe the Particles still left on the tongue or cheeks, as Dr Beck states "Your gonna have it", true and where's he's from maybe Right's don't matter, DNA can be eliminated with FAIMS and it will also only let the 11-hydroxy-THC and 11-nor-THC-9-carboxy-lic acid (9-carboxy-THC) in the detection chamber or chip, could always allow other Chemicals as-well, Heroin, Bath-Salts and even a Cancer Cell
