They have no real power to DO anything but emotion is key. But if Trump hands all branches of govt back to Dems, or perceived odds of doing so are high, look out below.

On the actual investigation, actual powers are broad. If voluntary doesn't get data, the Chairs can go formal, with subpoena. BUT parent body has to vote for contempt charge. So key is to at least kind of respond. Politically.

IBB > The Ypp (yearly fib pivot point) = 341.. we tested Ys1 @ 281.36 and Ms4 @ 280... yesterday's close was 280.14 so right on the money.

IBB is currently trading above the Wpp (weekly pivot point) @ 286.17 which is positive for tomorrow if it holds.

If IBB breaks 281.36 then Ys2 = 224 (yikes!)

341 is the major hurdle for IBB in the future..may not test again for awhile.
