Why is someone THAT STUPID the COO?

First he was off by 23 million dollars, then no products made it to BB stores as he announced, then no distribution to Europe, no audit, no uplist, no lactose, no chill removal, stock sank like a ton of lead in 2013/2014, no bars, then he was off by another 13 million.

How the **** does someone that ignorant and incompetent keep his ******* job?
