thanks for the explanation and I wonder if Peregrine legal would be able to use as a solid basis for their defense on any future legal filings, some of the bogus lawsuits regarding the class action ? ... or even the sabotage based out of Fargo and that lawsuit ? I do not know... but it seems to me that a Judge on any future, bogus filings..... would see the big picture and realize what has been happening re: Big Pharma trying to slow down/inder Peregrine Pharmaceuticals and to use Wooks words: stop at nothing
