i was going to purchase some of this, i changed my mind. whats stopping me ? 240 million needed to start production, the the 26 million worth of stock they just sold will be used to build another dozen or so cars for more testing. as far as i know the engine isn't proven yet. gettinG onto my main point, at 6800 a unit where is the profit margin? quarterly reports are going to be brutal. the 180 million they're trying to get from the gov. isn't going to happen (in my opinion). ILL wait until this trades on the pinks, it will be another pumper, the numbers just don't work. the thought of some states may require helmits to drive this is an incredible downer. just my thoughts, you all have your own money do with it what you want but before you start wiring cash do your own dd.

when i saw that add featuring the orange 3 wheeler i was very excited about the oportunity to buy one and went to the web site and saw i could buy shares i thought that was even better. so you've already read my other post so i won't be repetitive, so later that day i start dd and find quite abit of info, some good some negative or just enlightening. i start doing some math, 6800 per unit cost, profit margin 1 or 2 thousand if they're lucky. now lets say they sell a million units thats no where close to profit. now i'm thinking where will the break even mark be, the dilution alone would be pps crushing. when it starts trading, could be 6 dollars as stated but even at that i don't see it floating. i guess i want someone to tell me what it is i'm not seeing. this isn't the first 3 wheeler to be manufactured, these are things i found out. i read and article that some one had devoted quite abit of research to and that was really and eye opener, i'm not going to post it because i'm sure you've already read it. if this was a 3 wheel electric car for 6800 with 100 mile or better range with top speeds of 100 mph plus and 1 quarter of the assembly line cost this would be somthing. maybe!
