The way I understand is that there might have been a "Private Personal Loan" between Francine and him that is Outside the CO. meaning nothing to do with BRWC....This I know it is feasible....

Regarding buying out the CO. well Francine has an ongoing Deal with the Arabs and that is what I focus on....
