He casually forgets basic SEC laws. If there were actually no cell, or JN were lying about the capabilities of the cell, then mentioning it at the end of practically all of our news and press releases would have the entire company boned. I imagine our friend knows this, because it's a pretty basic illegality.
I've invested for a moderate amount of time, and I have never, ever found a company as solid as this. Sure, its share price isn't where it could be, but there are almost no faults with this company. And I researched this company for months and months straight before investing, with a healthy sense of skepticism.
