The market cap will increase by early Jan as soon as they complete the dilution. They are converting warrants to shares and dumping them in the market at conversion price of 10 cents. The market cap will increase once the dilution is over. Until then they will check the stock price 10-12 cents. Once there is another 50M shares dumped in (the last conversion), the outstanding shares will be 180M, at 12 cents price the market cap will be fairly valued at 21-22M.
