None scheduled, but current cash is at about the lowest level it has been for years. Generally they do 2/3 offerings per year, but have not done one since the warrants. They will need funds move their pipeline forward.
I'm sure they are now timing the pps to set the offering -- want to get the highest. I suspect that this is associated with recent news releases (which they probably were sitting on) in attempts to keep the pps up. They have got to be watching the charts so as to do the offering before it drops too low. (Obviously all this is my speculation).
