It wasn't just the fact that he entered into them again - it's the fact that he issued a PR saying that an agreement to refinance them was finalized - and then they proceeded to dump 100 million shares in our faces. Just a bad sequence that's left a really bad taste in my mouth - had I not been holding this for 8 moths already and know how ridiculously undervalued it is I would have sold but I am holding out of spite
