How do you account for insiders paying nearly double the price that the units are currently priced on the market? I'm still a little confused by that. Meanwhile GB*N is getting sued big time by shareholders after doing the same type of unit offering.

You're right, This baby is like an ASTI. Wait until those units convert. The holders of those converted units are going to be crawling all over each other trying to get out (sell)like crabs in a barrel. We all whom have been here for awhile see how bad VPCO volume is with good news no news, pumping, but still no high volume. How is one is going to sell over 330 million shares with an average of 39 thousand total shares sold in a day, lol. Plus most of it is volume from dumping or selling.

Thought it was hard for ASTI pps to go up against the converted units wait until VPCO unit holders start unloading their shares. IMO, I believe Vapor is going to do a r/s first than a pump to help out the unit holders to be able to sell their converted shares and warrant shares. I don't think they're going to get enough dumpiest to volunteer to participate (with their money) to help them out. Shareholders are getting hip to the small caps that is selling units to raise capital funds instead of loan sharks (toxic financing). I don't know which is worst on the shareholder, because like the toxic gooneys they're also diluting the hack out of the shareholders value. A company with no money has to find a way to raise funds some how, if they want to stay in business.
