Do you know what the "float" is?

Look at the previous Q...
Outstanding shares WERE...336,039,518 as of 8/26/15
NOW the outstanding shares are 704,330,491 as of 11/20/15

YaHoo finanance had, and STILL has, the float as 324.47 million...
not 347 as you claim.
Either would be WRONG!

Show me how you calculate the float to be 1/2 of the O/S...
The shares that were issued after September 30th were issued for bona fide debts and compensation etc...
it says nothing about them being restricted and I doubt they were.
