I think the facility has a good purpose in that like MS went there and got "purified", other strains could get prepped for market there. I think it should be set up for a smaller production prototype farm for new strains. Kim may keep it but I think it would depend on the budget. IMO he should move Fraser there and give him a BoD seat.
It also keeps strains isolated. You don't have all your eggs in one basket.
I get the impression that Kim wants MS to go into the regular silk industry and DS is going to be the protective market. What it really comes down to is how much space will he get in any deal. He can buy mulberry so the majority of the space should be worm farm IMO.
He can always buy out the Mulberry farms at a later date.
Things that I am curious should the deal go through about is will the worms be raised and reeled on the same location or will it be shipped out to a reeler?
Will we be paying a farmer to raise our worms or buying a farm to run ourselves?
Got my fingers crossed that it is not a let down. We will see. IMO I LOVE the fact that we go into it blind. There are a lot of people who are in this stock and a lot that are out. One of those groups is going to be chasing the PPS
If I was a CEO I would do everything in my power within the limits of the law to screw anyone betting against me. If I had big news and I knew I had a high short volume. I would release the bomb AH on a Friday. Monday any loyal shareholder will be able to reap his reward.
That is just me. Same goes for bad news. I would release it to my email list early and then PR right before the open. This would allow those that tried to support me to at least get their sell orders in before the line gets too long.
