I suppose both of you are correct. Pre-split conversion says 0.11, reality is different.
I think market cap is the best gauge. SLTD brushed 100mil market cap on two occassions: Nov 2014 (shortly after MD acquisition announcement) and Mar 2015 (immediately prior to uplisting). Current market cap (on a diluted basis) is approximately 55-60 million (including Elite acquisition). SLTD indeed lost some value from its highest peaks... but additional capital and, consequently, acquisitions, helped to establish a very solid foundation. If SLTD can keep up this pace (100 mil in 2016 and profitable) the market cap will grow likewise
