just the min bid price is the main issue here but,
NETE is eligible for an additional 180 calendar day. If NETE wants the extension they will get it for an additional 180 days...they just need to have a plan of action to show them.
SO a plan of action or an 1:10 RS.

a small R/S isn't always bad. GEVO,LLTP both did 1/10 R/S and ran 300%-400% in less than a month,i have been on both.
