So If it is what is suggested here.....Why would Mr. McHenry not divest any of the 2.4 Billion shares and still reports to SEC/OTC he is still holding??? Never overlook the generation of a "Reported $12 Million dollar positive cash flow".....Mr. McHenry is not doing this alone. Not to be forgotten....the "Offshore Holding Co.".....Nice
