Give the Chinese the chance to export CAT 777 and they would export it from SA to DRC in 5 days.Do not ask me how but they would Vs BAA who took 100 days to get equipment on to the DRC.

From my own experience transporting major equipment from Houston to Chad, it actually took quite a bit of time. 60-90 days would not be out of the question, we planned for 90 days from Houston to Cameroon and 1 month from Cameroon to Chad. Major issue was infrastructure and speed limitations

You can do almost anything with enough capital. I do not think Banro's current mgmt is so inept as they are capital poor. It has been an extremely tough financial environment for all miners, especially when you are just getting 2 new mines up and running, fine tuned and located in a pretty tough geographical location to say the least.
