The company filed a lawsuit against him! The company had nothing to do with his scamming.

Lawsuit is because the particular seller has been accused of violating a leak out agreement per the court documents. He was only allowed to sell 18,888 shares per month and it is being claimed he has been selling more than that amount per month

Wooops, what year was that lock up agreement? Oh, it wasnt dated.....

I see the agreement was for .125 a share.....seems he was cashing in big time, at the expense of shareholder, may whom bought above .125.......
