I disagree. What kind of damage would EPGL cause Intel with claims they are working together when they're not? None. If you think that Intel is going to sic their lawyers on every Tom, Dick and Harry that says they're working with Intel you're are mistaken. Based on the size and revenue claimed by EPGL, they're just a mosquito compared to the size and the breadth of Intel. Doesn't even register in their PR group.
EPGL needs a partner going public and stating for a fact that they are indeed working with them. That's how you stop all the speculations. Until then there will be multiple disagreements on what the real state of EPGL is.
