I really do not believe an audit will be filed.

HHSE has been promising an audit for 4 years.

JAN 16 audit that has been promised may just be another TJ like audit that gets withdrawn prior to acceptance.

IMO CEO should have never promised an audit. If HHSE would stop dilution, stop over promising stock would increase without an audit.
