Easy the bid is at .037 only pert on the ask at .039 they do this all time trying to get people to sell and thus cover the shares they shorted at .044. Those trades at .035 today was the mm's selling to themselves trying to make you think someone is selling so you will also. As nobody falls for it they raise the bid up to make you think its a great deal as it was lower a few minutes ago. I now all the tricks. Dont fall for it. GO BIGN.
