relationship means that one day it could be done a deal ( or not), so this is an important information. This information should be under an NDA ( non disclosure agreement), logical.

What would Super Duper Doug know about relationships or agreements that INTEL has with other companies outside his own IOT division? Nothing!
True, EPGL's technology can be iot related, but the relationship would not exist with that division. EPGL's technology will exist with or without IOT, as it is a base hardware/chipset development, not data gathering infrastructure.
Knowledge of any deal between the two would not be known outside the small workgroup it resides within. That's how they keep stuff "Super Secret".

Doug Davis is the Senior Vice President of the IoT Division. He is not "1 of 100,000+ employees". He would know. Now, if there was an agreement, I could understand him not saying anything. But he did acknowledge that there was no relationship of any kind between this company and Intel Corp. There is no relationship, thus there is nothing to keep confidential.

Where is cease and desist order from Intel? Why hasn't Mr Davis or anybody else from Intel contacted their legal department and have them send one to EPGL? Wouldn't they want to stop this pesky little scam stock From tarnishing their image?
