In April 2015, the Company sold its entire 95% equity interest in CDI Jingkun Zinc and 100% equity interest in CDI Metal to Xiaowen Zhuang, a related party individual. The Company also sold its 100% equity interest in CDI Jixiang Metal to Dragon Capital, a related party company.
