My wife keeps a can in her car and at home for that very reason.

I have tested these cans they do shoot quite a ways.

I believe in all kinds of protection from evil with guns, bats, knifes, well trained dog, one just can't rely on a gun it doesn't always fit the situation to get to it in time.

It's important one shoots it just like one does with a gun so if the time ever came they'd feel comfortable doing it.

That may seem weird it's so simple etc ............ but one might be surprised what happens to one once reality is at their door and panic sets in.

brake parts cleaner or choke and carb cleaner works the same way...
