Copper King had no contact at all with your broker, the Transfer Agent does that. There are no share certificates held directly by an entity called RBC Direct. Im guessing your shares could be held by the DTC (CEDE). Send an email to [e-mail] and you can get copies of the other RBC entities that have certs to share with your broker that may help in your questioning.
