Option possibility now open for the acquirer of the 26 mil Mkt shares to take control of $OCAT, as they would have +50% of the O/S shares

Shareholders should be set for a possible new ride at higher PPS.

In this scenario there would be new SEC filings for the "Beneficial" Owners probably before mid-Dec.
