Maybe it is institutional investors with requirements to hold NSDQ listed stock only... and they could be unloading ahead of delisting maybe? I doubt the Escalera deal falling through is causing this... I mean WRES still has the asset so it's not like they lost the ability to sell it to someone else... ESCR just couldnt come up with the money and now they are BK...
