The mere fact that he says brokers and hedge funds illegally short penny stocks and cites proof via the OTC short report.. What an idiot. Like brokers and HFs can circumvent reg. T, but can't escape the short report lol.

It says here short volume 9,840,000 which is consistent with otcshortreport. For December 2nd 2015.

Are you saying that those shares were not sold short?
