Nope. Completely and utterly wrong on that fact and the CEO has publicly addressed it in a conference call on 2015 on SmallCapVoice.com "People forget when the stock rallied in March dominion was in the process of financing..." It's really a sad day when investors here get upset when they don't do their homework on a company.
