No chance of RS there are only common shares issued to mgmt and employees if they issue preferred shares that are immune to an RS I would start to be worried. They are not going to RS and reduce their own share ownership and watch the value immediately get crushed makes zero sense not gonna happen.
Your probably right, though I did think this stock would be different for some stupid reason. Now I'm down over 50 percent of investment. I should sell now if I was smart.
