I think these subcontractors will be payed from customers directly. The revenue stream from installation will be lost.
I guess they switch to subcontractors because the couldn't held the productivity of their own technicians high enough. Therefore they lost much money. If you have technicians they must be always busy for good produktivity. If there is no installation order for some weeks, this stuff cause costs and that is that issue.
