Without getting into this debate again, which will have no productive SH value, since there is no "committee" to optimize SH value... there is obviously NO evidence that President of Sphere3d could get or would have gotten GW product development moving outside of the MSFT opportunity, which E.K. brought to the table!... E.K may not be the strongest, but at least he brought MSFT to the table, without which there would have been no GW product road map (which former CEO had and has a stranglehold on). The product development road-map was one which MSFT provided, and which resulted in "forced" development of GW (and only in response to MSFT pressure to perform), on which we are still waiting for its assimilation into the marketplace. Can one imagine where SP would be right now without ANY's MSFT affiliation?...likely .30 (Shorts dream)

Any addition to management would require someone with more SIGNIFICANT "street and tech cred", not less...to walk into the doors of AMZN, IBM, AAPL, ORCL, CISCO, HPE, ADBE etc. ...
