Waiting in this Big Launch Tanke, Inc. Announces New O2O eCommerce Si POS

An Advanced Point-of-Sales (POS) System for Small-and-Medium Enterprises in the Americas and Spanish Speaking Countries Brings Online Commerce to Traditional Stores (O2O)

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - May 7, 2015) -  Tanke, Incorporated (OTC PINK: TNKE), a diversified holding company focused on emerging technologies and "cleantech," is pleased to announce the launch of its eCommerce Point-Of-Sales (POS) Retail Terminal System Platform designed for Small-and-Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). The Si POS™ system allows SME's to consolidate and exploit its hard earned asset and client base by providing eCommerce functions including bill payment, money and mobile payment through its unique multi-carrier capability. This shall provide new revenue streams for SME's using Si POS™. Si POS™ is expected to launch during the third quarter of 2015, initially targeting the Hispanic markets; Si POS ™ will be made available for both lease and purchase.

Currently, Hispanics and Latinos have a purchasing power of $1.2 trillion, expected to grow to $1.5 trillion over the next 5 years. More than 16% of the entire US population is composed of Hispanics and Latinos, and according to the Pew Hispanic Center, Hispanics are expected to make up 26% of the total US population by 2050.

Si POS™ development is completed and pilot tests will commence once certain key platform relationships are established. The pilot trials will be in a selected number of retail mom and pop stores; results from previous tests have proven promising thus far. The Si POS™ system is designed to effectively control everything for small retail "mom and pop" stores. The Si POS™ system effectively optimizes organizational infrastructure and store operations for SMEs that are normally only available for large enterprises through the streamlining of all business activities into one easy to operate POS system. Everything from: sales recoding, in-store employee tracking and management, inventory management, cloud based CRM, real-time business dashboard intelligence and reporting, sms notification for customer alerts, widgets metrics and charts, customer retention, multi-store ready -- sync additional retail stores, services such as money orders, taxes, price structures, commissions, rate plans, and checks can all be processed with one Si POS™ system. The system will also process reports for the business, importantly putting in place internal monitoring controls which can better inform management.

"We are pleased to announce Si POS™ -- our unique and state-of-the-art eCommerce specific POS system, designed especially for small-and-medium sized enterprises. This opens more revenues for SME's and traditional stores. There has been a pressing need for an easy to operate, reliable POS system for traditional mom and pop stores who still operate with manual labor and using the costly and error prone old retail management way. This traditional way is highly prone to costly errors derived from faulty inventory management practices, cash mismanagement, lack of effective sales recoding, treasury, and internal controls. This traditional way is highly time intensive and thus costly to maintain," stated Ed Torres, CEO SpikCo/Tanke, North America.

"Si POS™ is a breakthrough POS system that will no doubt benefit Tanke and the hundreds of thousands of mom and pop stores and SME's who have been in dire need of such a system and could participate in eCommerce and now can. Store owners will no longer have to be slaves to their respective businesses. Now they have a system that will save them countless hours of needless stress, and greatly reduce costs and improve store profitability. We are also preparing to launch related Si POS™ technologies later this year," stated Ed Torres, CEO SpikCo/Tanke, North America.

Diagram 3: CLR Process – Aerial View

The CLR process is a modified version of the extended aeration, complete mix process, providing the elements for biological nutrient removal. This process produces removal efficiencies that meet and exceed the efficiency of advanced tertiary treatment process. The CLR process is a centralized process that receives black water from major pipes and plumbing sources or from a wastewater collection cistern. Heavy grit is allowed to settle before being removed in the Grist Classifiers. The water is cleaned using aeration and further filtered in the Spiraflo Clarifiers before being discharged into irrigation fields, pumped into buildings, or stored in water tanks.
