Moderator removed posts present a review option, and are reviewed and sometimes restored by the mighty Oz, I mean admin

Admin removed posts are not subject to review because they, as the reviewers, have already deemed it a TOS violation. There's no higher authority to appeal to, except Satan, but he's lazy ;-)
