CDNLE-been thinking on it-The late filing is casting a shadow of doubt on the 1 billion shares added-and them saying the shares won't be used.The addition of China_and_the future of CDNLE should still be there. I'm losing money though at this point and am wondering how low will CDNLE go. I think it depends on when the 3rd quarter filings hit.We will find out, if nothing else, what the O/S is (the Outstanding Shares)-If it remains the same as presented,then CDNL is looking very strong going into 2016.IMO the Share Price will continue to go down until the financials are filed. I won't buy to leverage until I see the new OS count.AND if the OS count is higher I will not buy until the Camaroon monies are secured. A very tough call it is right now,because of late filing_and_the addition of shares. The shadow of doubt it casts is understandable.
