Just my guess but it will be at th close today or at the open tomorrow.
Just a guess based on dec 1 being a good daye to set for an announcement. It is the 1st in VN already so might be at the close.
After the shareholders finding out info from the vn before kim could announce it i think he would have an announcement stipulation in the agreement

Following the general pattern of PR's put out by the company, I expect to see this one come out at 6:00 est tomorrow morning assuming the CC hasn't been moved again.
