What I don't understand is NITE is "giving" away shares under $1.50. The company or an investing fund could buy the whole float here for under $250,000. That investment and taking all the shares out of the market would create incredible returns for the company or that fund as far as cash goes.
They have the SS now where they wanted it and a ridiculous PPS where they should be taking advantage of it imo.
