It is the TSA that has strung us along, as well as Morpho's protest and the GAO taking its time in denying the protest, then the TSA adding new networking requirements, etc. That's just recent events, but the TSA has worked at a snail's pace in even qualifying the equipment, although again, anyone who has worked on gov't contracts know there are often delays, usually on the gov't side, as deadlines come and go. Fine, hopefully there will be an announcement that formal Factory Acceptance Testing has begun, but I was seeing people demanding there be a PR that the systems have shipped this week, and I can tell from the transcript that is a false hope. Sometime in the next few weeks for sure, that is sometime this month they ought to get shipped, based on my experience with factory acceptance tests.
