That is an excellent point. Ntephe was in academia for most of his career and was obviosly ill-equipped to run an oil company in the real world. ERHC shareholders have paid a steep price during his learning curve and it appears he hasn't moved up on that curve at all. I have seen quite a few people that have great grades and credentials that have failed miserably in the real world. Everyone can decide for themselves but based on the share price, everyone knows where I stand.
