I thought that the O/S of MLMD was approximately 30 million. And if you own 85% of something, it seems to me that you're pretty merged already.

what if, what if ipre takes the r/s off the table, get siir done and sells it for the 30 million range and the stock soars to .35 and they gave it time to go up by itself instead of trying to force the price up with the r/s, and once the pps hits .35 they will realize they never needed to do a r/s
