Thought about including that, but decided it would have been helpful to have a Form 4 put out there that I would have been able to include in the post. The real relevance is that the shares available for trading is 10% less that the security details would suggest...that is if the buyer has taken those shares off of the market.
Volume starting in so those shares gone will make this an easier lift as pps remains crazy-low...so even us I-hubbers can afford a few shares here and there. ;-)
