Chinese investors are aggressive and they have global presence from Afghanistan to Mexico, from construction, oil fields to mining they are all over it worldwide. People's Bank Of China is as big as some of the largest banks in US.
Whether anything comes out of conference is anybody's guess but ESS could be attractive to them specially they are heavy in manufacturing and there will be demand for products like ESS.
