Again, that is just the AS size! ECPL has measly 22,000,431 shares FIXED HYPER TINY OS over four years! No any single share dilution since 06/29/2011! We all know that only the floating shares and OS matter with a stock's performance for an non-reporting stock because 99% of OTCNI stocks never diluted a single share and never done any R/S just like ECPL! The Hyper Tiny OS (22M shares) itself entitles 100-bagger+ huge rally from the New 52-week low 0.0003 because at 0.03 the MV is just $660K which is still ridiculous low! Even ECPL hits 0.045 (which is 150-bagger Huge Investment Return from 0.0003) the MV is only $990K which is still low as a CLEAN shell!
