Because the MM's are screwing with it! I just watch
104k buys ( 11 transactions) go by on the ticker and no change in PPS.
That was over 20% of the shares traded so far!

Because of the big run up to $1.50. Many lost big $$$ and aren't very happy. This spreads negativism which isn't helping the price per share. It will hang around these prices for a while and maybe even test the low .20's unless there's some big news released. A strong quarterly report would sure help things.

My honest guess (remember 2create stated you ....

must use the word guess in order to not get deleted) is that people are deathly afraid of R/S. Seeing many state, "new bashers" tells me they're more afraid than anyone.
