Where do you get that info, from friends or associates? From what I have garnered they have given Arendal the rights to use their marks in Mexico and U.S., it's not exclusive but it's royalty free, this means that they will probably focus on Deepcor with that Master Diving Agreement they have and let Arendal maintain a presence in the Gulf resembling caldive while the rest of the world except off Australia will be open for business opportunities. A thing about that BP suit is that they appeal to the court for the damages and they suffered a 300 million dollar loss after Maconda with almost all of it as a goodwill impairment. Peeps saw on the news during those eventful weeks that Horizon rig and that Helix Q 4000 with the CDI on the helicopter-pad and assumed that Caldive was some how responsible for all that oil and the stock tumbled, thus the impairment, I think they have a good shot at a significant sum above just any oil service business affected by the spill even tho there was a post a long while back where our CEO was quoted as saying he believed the settlement would be tens of millions. I'm just wondering if you could post more of a story on how you are aware of this sat project off Burma, thank you.

"Bankruptcy courts can't touch any of the subsidiaries outside the US"

Can you explain that? You're saying that the bankruptcy court cannot force the sale of the foreign entities. But does that mean that lenders can be paid less then 100 cents on the dollar from US assets (only), and then *existing* shareholders retain ownership of the foreign assets? I would think that the foreign assets then go to the holders of the *new* stock, issued to the DIP financiers and other lenders.

Let's not forget about potential Pemex payments. And I'll have an update on the BP litigation later.
