Which is always the case with every company. That isn't the issue. Getting more details is the issue. I think Jon did give us details in articles, but he has gone quiet of late.

If things are added in negotiations with a foreign government, do you tell the world? Do you blame the CEO? Do you roll with the punches? Do you go rigid and declare ultimatums? It is extremely difficult to be a shareholder, and people handle outcomes and reality differently.
