ICBS/CANWEALTH scam is confusing unless one takes the time to see that for ten years all they have done is put out false and misleading pr's that NEVER come to fruition.
Once that is realized it's obvious that it's a penny stock scam run out of Quebec because that way the CEO is isolated from prosecution by the sec.
